Gladstone Console Table

The Gladstone Console Table from Arteriors channels the horizontal drama of Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater into a furniture form, translating the building's layered architectural planes into a sculptural surface study. The rippled smoke mango wood top is designed to interact with light, its varied grain and textured surface shifting in character depending on how it is illuminated. Carbon iron supports hold the wood at an intentionally shallow depth, lending the piece a graphic, architectural quality. Natural variation in the mango wood means each unit carries its own distinct surface character.
