The Rhode Easy Chair from Herman Miller brings a curving, comfortable character to interiors. This Gilbert Rhode design was one of his last, made initially in 1941 and reintroduced after eight decades, with its strong structure on full display. Each piece is made in the USA, resting the organic form of its dramatic diamond-patterned tufting on a curving seat, supported by four slender, narrowing wood legs that maintain a natural presence below the sculptural seat, offering modernist comfort in a memorable package.
