Our contemporary Sullivan Club Chair is handcrafted in our North Carolina atelier and has the following features: Knife edge/Notch bottom foam down & micro-fiber blend seat structure, Knife edge back cushion, Double needle, and upholstered only. This chair is constructed entirely of strong and durable materials. By the usage of double needle stitch detail in sofa construction it provides stability by ensuring that the item is affixed and cannot be easily torn. We have decided to use foam material since it has open pores that allow water and air to readily pass through. Foams provide a cool and pleasant sitting sofa, chair and other furniture made out of this material. Dry Fast is a premium foam that Sullivan Club Chair by Verellen uses it in order to prevent mold and mildew. Dry Fast Foam contains an antibacterial ingredient. It is also worth noting that covering is considerably easier to clean than other materials, which just requires a light dusting.
